OS Adding ROMs

OS4 utilizes the standard retroarch folder configuration with some exceptions. FBNEO, MAME, NAOMI folders are within /roms/arcade. You can add roms directly to the SD card via WinSCP (not recommended) or insert a exfat formatted USB drive. The folders will automatically be created on the USB drive.
