RGB-Pi SCART installation instructions

Steps:
1. Connect the cable to the GPIO. The cable must be facing to the outside of the Raspberry Pi
2. Download the latest version of the RGB-Pi OS from rgb-pi.com
3. Grab any 8GB or greater MicroSD card (all content will be deleted)
4. Download Etcher from etcher.io to write the image to the SD
5. Burn the image WITHOUT DECOMPRESSING to the SD card and perform a SAFE EXTRACTION
6. You can now plug the SD into the Raspberry Pi, connect to the TV, and power on.
